So.. I'm gonna shutdown the homeserver for now that runs PeerTube.TV. Nothing will be removed but I simply can't pay for the high energy price without donations..

如何拆解整鸡/鸭。太长不看总结：往软组织切，切到硬的就停下，摸到关节圆圆的软骨顺着关节切。切鸡胸肉时刀贴着骨头慢慢片下来。最后剩下的脖子躯干部分可以1. 像拧毛巾一样拧断，2. 锅够大的话整个骨架扔进去小火熬汤不用捞血水，骨架煮好后捞出来可以撕上面的肉做手撕鸡藤椒鸡口水鸡etc. 以及厨具比较缺乏的朋友微波炉叮完正面叮反面也能把肉弄熟，拿个木筷子能戳穿不流红色/粉红的水就熟了可以吃。

@dgaittet Unbedingt ActivityPub über verschiedene Netzwerke ausprobieren lassen. In Mastodon z.B. einen PeerTube-Post kommentieren und dann sehen, dass der auf PeerTube-Instanz unter dem Video erscheint. Erzeugt immer große Augen bei den Teilnehmenden! 😄 "Das ist wie wenn ich auf Twitter direkt ein Youtube-Video kommentieren könnte" - ein ganz neues Universum tut sich dann für manche auf.

Noch ein bisschen und wir haben alle Fehlermeldungen von #Peertube durchgespielt. ;D Passiert wohl, wenn man an die 50 Videos von Hand aus verschiedenen Quellen importiert. Vorteil: Wir können den Autor:innen und Kreativen, die die Plattform demnächst dann vielleicht nutzen, schon besser dabei helfen. #OpenSource #literatools
